We’re very grateful you’ve joined us for the meeting in beautiful city Budapest, Hungary , from May 2-4, 2025. As part of our community family, we want to make sure you’re ready for this special time together. We will start our weekend together on Friday May 02 2025 at 6.00 PM (CEST)  and the weekend will end on Sunday May 04 2025 after lunch.

Accommodation

As mentioned before, the costs this year are a little bit higher than usual because of a very busy weekend in the city. Thanks to our Community’s generosity, we are covering most expenses, but we kindly ask for contributions to help with the remaining costs:
  • €80/person (€160/couple) for the full weekend stay
  • €60/person (€120/couple) for one night (two days)
  • €50/person (€100/couple) for two days (no overnight)
  • €30/person (€60/couple) for Saturday only
We deeply understand that these costs may be challenging for some, and it pains us to think anyone might miss out. If the contribution is difficult, please give what you can afford. Likewise, if you’re able to contribute more, it would be greatly appreciated and help support our gathering.

Parking for couples staying overnight is available directly in the hotel (inside parking place).

Couples from Budapest coming for Sat only, please contact Gergely Marik and confirm parking availability (preliminary estimate is that parking in the hotel should be available for all participants coming by car).

Miscellaneous

  • In case you want to spend more time in Budapest (arrive eralier, leave later) and stay in the hotel, please contact the hotel directly and let them know that you will also participate on the Emmanuel weekend meeting
  •  If you play any music instrument, please bring it with you (if possible)
  • For liturgy and praise we will use the electronical song book (EmmaSongs) which you can download on your mobile
  • POSTERS – please prepare one side poster per country (A3 or bigger) with information about your province and L&T mission
